About the Recipe:
To begin with the know fact that avocado is the fruit that gives good cholesterol to the body. I would love to have it in Indian style. To gratify my taste cells here comes one of my quickest recipes named "Avocado Chutney”. I love to have this over toasted bread or chapathi and also with corn chips.Ingredients:
Avocados
Onion
Red Chilies
Fenugreek(Methi) Powder
Garlic Pods
Cumin-Coriander Powder
Lemon syrup - According to taste
Salt(According to taste)
Preparation:
1) Scoop the ripe avocados and mash them into a smooth paste.
2) Add chopped onion, cumin-coriander powder, fenugreek powder.
3) Crush roasted red chilies and garlic pods (you can also substitute this with red chilly flakes) add them to avocado mix along with salt and lemon syrup.
4) You can also add chopped coriander if you like.
