About the Recipe:
I am a great fan of Corn just like most of you.This is one of the snacks my mom used to make during rainy season back in India.It is a tasty and healthy recipe.I hope you will like this.
Ingredients:
- Sweet Corn
- Onion
- Green Chilies
- Red Chilies
- Cumin Seeds
- Chana Dal
- Urad Dal
- Mustard Seeds
- Garlic pods
- Ginger
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Hing
- Besan(Gram Flour)
- Cumin Powder
- Chili Powder
- Curd(Plain Yogurt)
Heat Oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, finely chopped ginger and garlic, green chilies ,red chilies, curry leaves and Hing for tampering.
Add Onions and Saute well.Add some salt so that all the water is extracted from the onions.
Now add sweet corn, add some salt and let it cook until all the water is evaporated or until it becomes soft.
Add this mixture to the corn in the pan and let it come to boil in a slow-medium flame.
Finally add lemon according to taste and dress your recipe with chopped coriander leaves.
