Chicken Fried Rice

About the Recipe:

Yummyyy...Nothing can be more tasty for me but for chicken. It was weekend and wanted to try out something tasty. I tried a new recipe today suggested by my bestestttt fiend. It came out very well and wanted to share with all of you as well.

Ingredients:

1. Chicken (Chicken breast and cut into small pieces)

2. Veggies

3. Ginger garlic paste

4. Chilli powder and salt

5. Garam Masala

6. Garlic and spring onions

7. Corn flour

8. Vinegar

9. Soy sauce

10. Ajinomoto





Preparation:

1. Cook rice with whole garam masala in it and salt.

2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with ginger garlic paste, corn flour, garam masala, chilli powder and salt.

3. Take a pan and sauté the vegetables .Keep it aside.

4. Now fry the marinated chicken. Keep it aside

5. Fry garlic and spring onions in a separate pan. Add rice to the pan (removing the whole masala particles which are cooked in the rice). Add soy sauce, vinegar and pinch of ajinamoto.

6. Now add fried vegetables and chicken.

7. Add salt and check for the amount u have to add to get the required flavor.
