Egg Curry

About the Recipe:
                                I know most of you have your own style of cooking egg curry.This is recipe is the way I tried to make a mouth watering egg curry.

Ingredients:


Eggs
Onions
Green Chilies 
Ginger
Garlic
Coriander
Shah Jeera




Masala:
Garam Masala
Cumin-Coriander Powder
Fennel Powder
Fenugreek Powder
Amchur Powder


Preparation:
Boil the eggs and keep aside.Heat oil and add Shah-Jeera. As they splutter add onions and fry.

Make a smooth paste of ginger,garlic, green chilies and coriander.


Add a little of all the above mentioned masalas and add little water.

Make small splits for boiled eggs before you add them to gravy and let them cook for a while on a low flame.
