Jeera Matar Pulao

About the Recipe:
                            This is a simple recipe from one of my weekend experiments.I am among those people who needs rice as meal at least once a day.For all those rice lovers this recipe makes your rice much more favorable with less effort.

Ingredients:
1) Whole Garam Masala
2) Jeera
3) Matar
4) Red Onion
5) Green Chillies
6) Ginger- Garlic Paste
7) Turmeric
8) Butter/Ghee
9) Pulao masala

Preparation:



Soak Rice before you start this process.

Heat Butter/Ghee add Jeera,Turmeric and Whole Gram Masala and fry.
Add Ginger-Garlic paste fry and then add finely chopped onion.




Add matar to this mixture and fry.


Now add 1 tbsp of pulao masala, add small portion of water so that the mixture is well cooked.


Finally add this mixture to the soaked basmati rice and cook. Serve this delicious hot with Raita.
