Spinach Curry


About the Recipe:

Spinach is a healthy veggie and if u want to have something healthy with taste probably you try this.

Ingredients:

1.Spinach
2.Seasoning Ingredients
3. Onions
4.greenchillies
5.Garam Masala
6.Tomatos (Optional)



Preparation:

1.First boil the cut spinach in a vessel so that it gets soft.After this is done mash the boiled spinach into paste.Do not blend it as it would be more tasty and good to see if you have little spinach leaves but make sure you mash it really well and almost like a paste.

2.Now add seasoning ingredients to a vessel (Mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves,red chilli,hing,chana dal,garlic).

3. Saute onions,tomatos and green chillies.

4.Add the spinach paste to it and let it boil for a while.Add salt and chilli powder as required.

5.The spinach curry is ready to serve and would be delicious if eaten with rotis.
